The rims were clean and comfortable with all the amenities we needed. The location was a perfect distance to biking and other attractions

The hotel is nice and offers a large parking space with multiple spots for electric charging
The area of the hotel is quite and beautiful- amazing views from the rooms
The staff was not always friendly to guests who don’t speak German
The resturant where we had our dinner the first night (a part of the hotel) was very low staffed and over priced for the quality of the food offered. This needs some serious upgrade.
The breakfast area seemed like one big chaos that was not very well organized
The room was not cleaned during our second day of stay properly, the “refilled” our coffee with just one more cup for the machine
The pool area is not well maintained, it was smelly and stuffy
The hotel is large but there is no elevator available in the buildings and with little kids and a large luggage it’s a mess. Definitely not suitable for people with disabilities.

nice swimming pool, lovely breakfast, nice location but no restaurants around
300 euros per night and we need to pay for extra Nespresso capsules or tea bags (only of each were provided for 3 nights)
The website to book dinners or spa treatments is not user-friendly and it's all in German
Parking of 9 euros per day
A lot of stairs all over the hotel - difficult for people with disabilities
