Great hotel, convenient location for the ferry port

Excellent breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, good underground parking garage, helpful staff.

There had been a mix up with our room so we were given a small double when we had paid for a family room. However, after the initial confusion, the staff sorted it out and as a gesture of goodwill, gave us complimentary parking and we didn’t have to pay extra for our dog.

OK to stay of one night but the price was to high for the standard and location for the hotel.

Location is good since we where just driving by Lubeck and where visiting shopping center Citti park. Great to park the car just infront of the hotel. Slept with open windows and it was quit during the night.

Cleaning of bath room in room 102 was very bad. Mold in several places. Windows was dirty.

Technical issues on the hotell, almost took an extra hour to get in to our room, not even a sorry from the staff for making us wait... Rooms are way overpricesed for the area this is in.

Not worth the nightly charge.

The mattress was comfortable enough. The hotel/room was quiet.

The floors were filthy and "stained," so it was uncomfortable to even think about walking on them bare-footed. The pillows were not comfortable. The room was definitely dated, albeit not dilapitated.

I think for 3stars hotel should be more comfortable, and 200€for 2 nights in this conditions is too expensive, was tight in room, not clean as we expected. toilet with 2 paper roll for family. No fridge in room.

Die Preisfindung ist etwas kompliziert -Zimmer im Netz buchen, Frühstück im Hotel - dann passt Preis-Leistung. Bis ins Zentrum sind es mit dem Auto nur ein paar Minuten. Die Betten sind bequem und das Frühstück war auch absolut okay.

Der Herr an der Rezeption war sehr nett, schien aber bei der Anreise ein wenig überfordert. Die Zeit der am Allerwertesten klebenden Duschvorhänge und der breiten Besucherritze ist eigentlich vorbei. Das lässt sich doch mit überschaubaren Mitteln verbessern. Leider stehen viel zu wenige Parkplätze zur Verfügung.

Faciliteter och interiör är mycket trevliga. Rummet var stort samt väldigt mysigt och trevligt möblerat. Sängarna utomordentligt sköna!! Något av det bästa som erfarits genom åren (totalt ca 470 hotellnätter globalt). Frukost buffén väldigt omfattande med rikligt sortiment som tillgodoser allas önskemål. Frukost restaurangen är gemytlig och genuint tysk i sin karaktär.

- Hotellet har inget ägarskap över anslutande restaurang, vilket innebär att den är stängd för tillträde av hotellets gäster efter genomförd frukost servering. Det får till följd att ingen möjlighet finnes till kaffe, mat eller annan förtäring under dag, eftermiddag eller kväll för hotellets gäster efter restaurangens frukost stängning. Hotellets gäster måste då leta sig utanför, där restaurant och serverings utbud är oerhört spartanskt och ringa. Hotellbesökare och boende vill ha möjlighet till avkoppling på plats utan att behöva ge sig ut i okänd omgivning (gående eller med bil) för scoutande av mat och dryck. - Att hotellets invaderas av 150 bussresenärer i grupp vid ett och samma tillfälle påverkar hotellets betygsättning negativt, då lugn och ro vid frukost är en omöjlighet, stim och stoj i frukost restaurangen med en oerhörd ljudvolym, skratt och prat i korridorer sent på kvällarna, och trängsel /blockeringar av förvirrade personer överallt. Med ovanstående som grund och i jämförelse med tidigare års trevliga och välkomnande hotell med tillhörande utsökta restaurang för en stunds avkoppling, kan jag bara konstatera att inga fler besök kommer att ske i framtid.
