Good location for the conference centre, big clean room and bathroom, good selection for breakfast.
I was there for a week and the fire alarm went off three times over 2 nights. Thankfully no problem was found and I know it's outside of their control, but I did not see any staff trying to guide us, explain what was happening or whether was safe to go back in once we got evacuated. I heard instructions passed by word of mouth from other clients and trusted them, but I would have appreciated more support and reassurance from the staff.

We had a family room - king size bed plus sofa bed - which was a little on the small side. However, the beds were very comfortable and the room was serviced every day. One of the reasons we booked the hotel was because of the pool, which was great, plenty of places to sit in the shade - it was very hot - and towels provided. Breakfast was a buffet and there was an excellent choice every morning. The staff were also very friendly and attentive. There is a tram stop very close to the hotel which makes getting into the centre of Bordeaux really easy. We stayed for four nights and had a very enjoyable stay.
The location outside of the centre of Bordeaux means there are very limited options for dining if you don’t want to go into the city. We had dinner in the hotel a couple of times which was fine. There is an Italian quite close which was pretty poor and a steak bar next door - the Hippopotamus- with such awful service we left before eating. Bordeaux has some great restaurants though and well worth the effort of going into there.

The location was great for a one night stay,and of early in the morning
There was a lot of choice of hot food and what there was,was cold and breakfast add only just started at 6.30 when we got there
And when ask about the pancakes being cold the waiter ,was not happy going to warm them.
And when we got them they was only just warm
The menu for dinner was a small selection
