Wonderful location tucked away on a quiet street 1 street from the tram and within walking distance- 5 minutes- to town center. Staff was friendly, bathroom was modern and clean and big.
Nothing. Great attention to detail. For example self service water with carafes to take to your room in the lobby if you choose.

Spacious room & bathroom. Tea & coffee facilities. Paid parking opposite.
Large & impersonal. Situated in quite a run down area. Cleaners were noisy late into the afternoon.

We arrived early and the staff looked after our bags for 6 hours until we checked in. The same also happened when we left. An excellent service. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of cooked, yoghurts, fruit and pastries.
The directions from the tram stop could be expanded from when one alights from the tram eg which direction to turn in for when ones phone does not work. Also is St Bruno the best stop to alight at? A Hot chocolate option for breakfast would be good.
