Great location, good value, friendly staff.

Great location, a short walk from the train station - 30 mins into Paris.

There was a couple arguing constantly one night which kept me awake - unfortunate as I had a long drive the next day.

The expectations and reality are different.

Location was ok, but not the back of the hotel, because it is very noisy there.

The floors were very dusty and dirty, there was no AC in the room and you couldn’t open the window during the night because it was very noisy, the bridge was right in front of the window and you hear all the cars. The room was so small, it doesn’t look as in the picture at all, the bed was also small, maybe for one person, not for 2.

The entire hotel needs a serious cleaning! to wash curtains!!! Apart from the bed linen, everything was so dusty and stale/smelly! A serious cleaning would make me go there again!

Room was comfortable and had all we needed for our stay. Kitchenette was well kitted out . All was clean and comfortable. Great location to get into central Paris easily. Just 5 minutes from the station, then just over 35 minutes by train into Paris.

room and showers were cold in the middle of winter

the location was convenient and the staff were friendly

the boiler in our room stopped working twice. we had to get ready for a wedding and the cold showers mixed with lack of heating was ridiculous considering the time of the year. the staff were great with their quick response time but after fixing the boiler once, we had freezing cold water the next morning.

very spacious and clean apartment.

there was no heating or hot water and we all got cold and have come back to UK with coughs and sniffles. the low rating is a result of this. the heating issue was partially fixed the next day

BED WAS SOFT

POOR STAFF, TO LAZY TO HELP YOU. PARKING IS PRE BOOKED apparently. Two remotes didn't open the gates and that's when you find the right one! They were too busy on there phone to show you. 4 rooms booked told we were on the same floor but unfortunately not. 3 kids and two adults to wash and the hot water stopped after 1 &1\2 kids. No one at reception to help. it work for my shower the next morning and stopped again. Don't go here!
