My family and I were very impressed with the service from the team at Marco Polo Prince Hotel. In particular, Pinky and Samson went above and beyond and were even kind enough to allow us to return to the hotel and have a shower after a full day of exploring, which we really appreciated.
My daughter also really enjoyed the gym facilities, especially the fresh cold water and complimentary apples. The beds were very comfortable, and overall the hotel was a lovely place to stay.
Gary and Wilson at concierge looked after us well on arrival and departure. Stored our luggage securely after check out while we touristed around HK for the day
A big thank you to the team for making our stay so welcoming and enjoyable. We would happily stay here again!
