Novotel Roissy Saint Witz

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfy beds. Good shower. Good selection at breakfast, and quick service at dinner.

The bedroom was a bit dated and hall carpets were water stained. It was not up to the quality expected at a Novotel. The bathroom sink was stained yellow, most likely due to age, and the wardrobe area needs to be painted. We booked a Deluxe room for 3 people, but there were no robes and just one pair of slippers. However, at checkout, we received a few cans of soda to make up for it; this was much appreciated.

Breakfast was a bit disappointing. Lots of choice but scrambled eggs no taste didn’t seem made out of fresh eggs. Coffee not great which is a personal taste but still..

We had a great stay the hotel! The hotel is clean and the rooms are ok. The lobby when you walk in smells of tobacco and it is not a pleasant welcoming smell, maybe if you add some sort of smoke fragrance suppression that will work better and will eliminate the Tabasco sent. But the staff is very welcoming and the fact that they open the pool few days before the 1st June made the journey exceptional for us. Kudos to the management and staff for this. We are planning to return the hear future.

The lobby and corridors smell of tobacco, but this can be fixed with some diffusers or some special cleaning service. But our room was clean and comfortable. The pool was as clean and great for the kids.
