Excellent location, splendid view and breakfast was very chilled with excellent choice

The air con struggled to cool the room. Once it had cooled down over night we could open door onto balcony

The hotel is very well situated and was easy to find with off-street parking which was great. The staff at check-in, given I had added a late room booking in addition to the ones we had booked initially were super friendly and very helpful.
The rooms had everything we needed for a family although the decor was a little tired and could do with refreshing. For one night it was fine and didn't detract from our stay, but more of an observation.

It was a clean hotel
The staff as usual at the secure havens lot to learn about good customer service. There were only two channels on our tv and the parking did not clearly advertise that it was an extra 17 Euros
