It's ideally located close to Place de la NATION, in a dynamic and very pleasant neighborhood. Located close to Nation, this pleasant accommodation comprises a bedroom with 1 double bed, a low-ceilinged mezzanine with a double bed, a bathroom and a lovely lounge area for relaxing after an intense day in Paris.
You will have everything at your disposal in order to spend an excellent stay. You will be very well served by public transportation, to stroll around the city and its surroundings! The neighborhood offers an immediate proximity to shops and restaurants. The district is very appreciated by the locals and the tourists, do not hesitate to ask me for good addresses, I will be delighted to share my favorites with you! A professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
In the home sanitary issues are top priority. Below are details of the measures we implemented for every guest in the house to make travel safer :
The cleaning agent in charge of preparing the flat for your arrival will be fully protected by masks and gloves during his entire task.
Covid-19 fighting products (EN 14476) will be used to clean the apartment with a specific care of surfaces, keys, doorknobs and switches
Linen will be provided by professional that use industrial machine at high temperature
## Emplacement
The 12th arrondissement of Paris is one of its biggest arrondissements before even considering the immense Bois de Vincennes which is attached and is twice its surface area. Excluding the neighboring districts of Bastille, Gare de Lyon and Bercy, the 12th arrondissement is located in the faubourgs.
La Coulée Verte, or walkway planted almost leaves the Place de la Bastille, at the crossroads between Rue de Lyon and Rue de Charenton, and extends to the Peripherique, following an old railway line, which transported goods to the port of the Arsenal.

The flat was comfortable and had everything we needed for a short stay. it was well situated with amenities readily available in the neighborhood and easy access to transit.

Abbiamo trascorso uno splendido fine settimana a Parigi. L'appartamento è comodo, facilmente accessibile (piano terra), tutto bianco e funzionale. Ai bambini è piaciuto moltissimo il letto sul soppalco, mentre la camera per i genitori è ampia e confortevole, il che permette a una famiglia di distribuirsi bene negli spazi. Manca un tavolo per pranzare, ma siamo sempre stati fuori! Raccomando calorosamente.

Overall great neighbourhood and the apartment is agreeable! Detractors were that we had zero communication from the property manager which caused some anxiety as we wanted an early check-in as arriving on a long haul flight. That said early access did happen but it was never confirmed. Loved the neighbourhood. Feels very authentic and local with restaurants and cafes, brasseries, book shops. Not touristy which we loved. We were not supplied with toilet paper, dishwasher tabs or dishtowels so couldn't do our dishes. Luckily there was supermarket directly opposite where we could get TP. The bedding (sheets and pillowcases) were poor quality and the towels were old and in some cases ripped.The second bed is on a platform which is very cramped (close to the ceiling) so if you are claustrophobic this is not a bed for you. The main bedroom is nice. And the apartment has a dishwasher and fridge and hot plates. This apartment worked for a family, but might not work for a group of unrelated adults.
