Located in Paris, this bright and welcoming apartment is perfect for both tourist and business stays. Thoughtfully arranged, it features a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with a sofa bed—ideal for relaxing after a day of sightseeing.
You’ll have access to a range of amenities, including an oven, microwave, TV, washing machine, heating, refrigerator, Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels. Professional cleaning is provided before and after each stay for your comfort.
The apartment’s biggest advantage is its location! Situated in a quiet neighborhood, it’s just 13 minutes from the city center and close to many points of interest: Place de la Nation and Galerie Univers Colette Colla in 10 minutes, Square de la Roquette in 12 minutes, Atelier des Lumières in 16 minutes, and much more.
Public transport is easily accessible, allowing you to explore all the must-see sites of the capital: Les Halles in 19 minutes, Palais Garnier in 20 minutes, Musée du Louvre in 24 minutes, Notre-Dame Cathedral in 27 minutes, Eiffel Tower in 37 minutes, and many other iconic landmarks.
Bars, restaurants, and shops are also nearby. For your daily groceries, a Franprix supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away.

Small and cozy, but comfortably sleeps 3. The restaurants nearby are good portions for a great price. Metro is only a short walk as well. Everything feels within arm’s reach, which is superb! If I find myself in Paris again, I would definitely recommend!
