Hotel location is very good, direct entrance to Metro line8,9. Has a taxi stand right in front of the door, carrefour city nearby and lots of food options in the neighbourhood. The family room has coffee machine.
Its not a dislike but just letting others know it is an old building with retrofit elevators (small ones).

Comfortable and well-appointed room. Good location to visit the Right Bank area. Subway station at the front door. Good access to restaurants.
Bar noise until 2am and rumbling noise from subway.

Windows are bad can’t sleep lots of noise from the street. Sewage smell in the bathroom. Deceiving information on Booking.com about parking.
