The room was good, there was free coffee and water all the time, breakfast was good. Nice neighbourhood and easy transport connections. The beds were very comfortable.
The room was different from the photos at the reservation. The balcony was too small and without patio (as in the photos) and the view is totally different. There is no wardrobe, just 4 hangers.

Hôtel was cleaned regular and we were asked daily if our room needed cleaning which was very handy and appreciative. Having refreshments in the lobby was definitely a life saver and it made us feel at ease, such a nice and calm atmosphere overall.
There was not any major or minor complaints for the hotel as I thoroughly enjoyed my time there.
