It was awesome, I really liked the property and its highly recommended

The property is in a very good location. I stayed there for 7 days, and the staff is also very attentive. 3 minutes walk to Dupleix metro station and lots of food places around the property. They clean your room daily, and the services from the staff are very good. Wifi is very good at this location. The property has elevators too, and that is a plus. Highly Recommended.

Perfect localization, close to metro stadion, 15 minutes to Eiffel Tower. Cozy room with comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast and coffee. Friendly staff, there were really helpful..

Little sleep / much noise

Location was great and the hotel was clean

Noise. Like what?! - you can hear EVERY word from upstairs and the people next to you. I experienced a lot - from an apartment in nyc to busy streets in asia but i never had no sleep at all - until this property. I am still baffled how awful it was - it seemed like they tried to squeeze AS MAAANY rooms as they can with fake walls (and ceilings!! They were made out of plastic). Rather go to a hostel at this point and save money!!!!

The bathroom was surprisingly large for Paris!

The hotel was just fine. The guys at the front desk were very helpful and kind. However, the location was a bit of a guess for me, and I didn't like how far into a rather seedy area we were. I think the value for the distance to the Eiffel Tower is excellent if that is one of your main attractions. It took us about 10 or 15 minutes to walk there from the hotel.

Breakfast items were depleted by 9.45- had to ask for bowls, spoons , milk on both mornings. No vegetarian option for cooked breakfast and no choice of milk.

Very nice stay for good price

Good location, near metro station and Eiffel tower. Quite large room, comfortable bed. Very effective air conditioning.

Bathroom door is a bit uncomfortable and the shower has glass only on one side. Air conditioning was very good, but the temperature couldn‘t be changed (was on 19 degrees which is rather cold as it was located next to the bed and flowing straight on you)

Just pay more and stay at a better brand name, would not stay again.

Location was good. Room size was bigge than some rooms we have had in Paris

Elevator broken. Stairs narrow and steep for navigating with weeks worth of luggage. We did not speak fluent French and staff did not speak good English. Air conditioning advertised but not working. Windows tricky and not operating. Would not stay again.

Good location

Not possible to individually control the air-conditioning in each of the rooms (addressed at reception, was told possible from next week) despite it advertised. Room very warm as a result, so had to open widows onto a noisy street. Staff were unfriendly. Mini fridge was advertised but wasn’t in any of the rooms.

Perfect !

Perfect location, 4 minutes from the Eiffel Tower. Very clean, staff were lovely and helpful. Tour bus is just 5 minutes away from the hotel! There’s a lovely pizza restaurant to the right of the hotel ! Highly recommend.

Dissatisfied with the stay

Only the location was good about the hotel.

There was no working Air conditioner in the room, even after constantly complaining about it there was no solution, also if it mentions 'Air conditioner' in amenities, there was no mention that it would be centrally controlled Air conditioning which will regulate from the reception but that also did not work. We had to sleep with windows open and had to bear the outside noise of the roads. The room and bathroom are fairly small. Many times you might bump and collide with your partner. Overall,we are not happy with our stay.

wifi no good

1.the wifi constantly disconects, like every 2 minutes. 2. the WiFi password is only written at a sign at reception, not in the room! In the room there's a sign, saying something like ''the password is at reception''. So if you want to connect to it at midnight (when passing 00:00, you have to do it all over again) , you will have to go to the reception. 3. i particularly asked an queen size bed room, but they just put two small single beds together. Which is very uncomfortable, because when you get to to middle area, the two beds will move to each side.
