Hotel is 2 minutes walk from exit of RER. During the heatwave, the hotel staffs were incredibly thoughtful and attentive to guests, and we were so well taken care of.

Property is very well located, just 2 mins walk to Galleries Lafayette and also a host of food choices: western and Asian. It is well appointed and the staff are very helpful. Only negative point is a very small lift, but that’s minor. Easy access to Paris various Metro routes .

- we got an unexpected upgrade to one of the suites, we had an amazing time there!
- very clean, very comfortable, very spacious
- staff was amazingly friendly
- in-room amenities were perfect, it even included a steamer

The bed was comfortable and the location is excellent, close to the metro and to shops and restaurants. The cleaning was very fast and done early in the morning.
To get into our room (106) we had to go through the external staircases area, which was cold and is not particularly pleasant (it's a service area). The only good thing about this is that we could not hear any noise from people walking along the corridors.
