The view from our room was lovely and the breakfast is amazing! I first stayed at this hotel over 40 years ago with my parents and it was so nice to be able to bring my mum back again.

Too many intrusive knocks at the door - floor towels and minibar checks should be done during routine cleaning in the daytime, not later in the evening when you're trying to relax

Clean and calm location.

I guess it’s not my style hotel… the concept a bit cheap (Denmark style furniture and cheap pictures on the wall), the breakfast is correct, but very far from wow… wanted to order room service dinner, they have no normal food (no Cesar salade even ?!) for person who having a healthy life style. No normal SPA.

Beautiful sea views and land views at the same time, beachfront - with a main road in between - the bed was very comfortable and very large, spacious balcony, pool area was nice and paellas and cava sangria were great!

We did not feel that we are staying in a 5 star luxury hotel unfortunately. The staff are not attentive, some do not speak good English or at all, but on the other hand you have few that speak English extremely good - depending who you will have. Lobby fragrance was too overpowering and not a nice one or expensive one I believe. Hotel is charging extra for car parking, will also charge extra if you want to use any of their sun loungers in the beach and you have also extra charge of sun loungers for the best spots in the pool area. Tiles are not sticking or attached properly on the surface in pool area so all you hear is banging noises from everyone walking around. Also that happens at the outside main entrance of the hotel. On our first day I requested to have 2 normal chairs for our room balcony instead of the very low small sun loungers as I can see from the outside the hotel has a mixture of normal chairs in balconies and low small sun loungers. My request was logged as I was told in reception but ignored as it was never done unfortunately so that was disappointing and we stayed for 8 days and still I did not feel they care about my request as it never happen. Room was very dusty on our check in day. Our room had a bad smell from shower pipe. unfortunately the room in general was uncomfortable for us and felt very small but the balcony was spacious - heavy large balcony doors though to use. There is a rooftop bar playing music till very late on some days you can hear the base vibrating in the whole of our room and had to use earbuds to sleep - It stops around 1am. I found the lifts very unattractive - like government buildings lifts. Breakfast was ok - but unfortunately there is issues with hygiene with hairs in few occasions in my plate in the baked beans and ants walking on the breakfast surface in the honey and cereal area some dead inside the honey tray. I was happy to see a matcha machine when I pressed the button to have one it gave me just a white liquid.
