    We had such an incredible experience staying at this hotel in Sitges. From the moment we arrived, everything was absolutely perfect. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle, which was such a lovely and thoughtful touch and immediately made us feel at home. The location is fantastic — just a short walk from the beach and perfectly situated for enjoying everything Sitges has to offer. But what really made our stay special was the service. The girls at reception were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. Nothing was ever too much trouble. We even managed to lock ourselves outside on the balcony 🙈, and they were straight upstairs to help us — such a lifesaver! A special mention has to go to Isabel at reception, who was honestly one of the loveliest people we met during our stay. She was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful experience. We genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Amazing location, beautiful hospitality and a fantastic team. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sitges! Thank you so much for making our stay so memorable! ❤️

    The pool at this hotel is just great. The pool bar and the pool toilets are actually inside the hotel (for the toilets you have to go through reception) so you always have to put your shirt on every time you go inside. Breakfast is nice (although coffee is not the best at all). Location is near the back but have to walk 10-15 minutes to the centre of town.

    50m from the beach and a nice 15min stroll to the center with lots of eateries and shops. Hotel is peaceful and quiet with a nice pool by the cafe and restaurant. Staffs are nice and polite.

    This hotel is unique and has plenty of potential for anyone that doesn’t mind a place with issues. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a lovely balcony, and the pool is a good size. That said, staffing appeared limited at times, which meant service was slower than expected, particularly in the bar and restaurant. The payment system is also unusual and not especially clear: unlike most hotels, you cannot charge food and drinks to your room unless you have pre-authorised €100, and even then the charging facility has to be activated manually. This was not explained when we arrived, so when we tried to charge items to our room, we later received a phone call asking us to come downstairs immediately to pay the bill, which felt rather rude and abrupt. The food was reasonable for the price, sunbeds were in short supply, part of the pool decking was still unfinished during the summer season, and several guests mentioned problems with the air conditioning. Many of the food and beverage staff also spoke very limited English, which sometimes made communication more difficult. Overall, the hotel would benefit from a little more care and attention to fully reach its potential. I would still stay again depending on the nightly rate cost. I was a little out of town, but it only took 15 minutes to walk in or a 10 euro taxi. Very close to the beach. There is a new manager so hopefully she can whip this Hotel into its full potential.
