Outstanding reception When we arrive around 3 pm one receptionist told us room not ready I said oh 😥 The other receptionist was quickly by him and changed the room number So very think works perfect Aswell always when guest coming out of the elevator they say good morning hello or good evening So you always feel very welcome

Rooftop bar needs an urgent renovation Which will start around February 2027

Location, room was nice, breakfast was very good

Shower had some mold

Great location, roof top pool is fun and breakfast very good

Some of the decor needs some TLC to keep fresh.

The staff were friendly especially Laura at breakfast. The checkin staff were doing their best. The location was excellent and we loved the rooftop pool and bar. The room itself was fine but the hotel needs some general upkeep.

The air conditioning in the room was horrible and barely strong enough. It seemed to need a new filter and it turned off every time we left the room or in the middle of the night. It was extremely hot and uncomfortable for our entire stay. It's the main reason I would choose to stay somewhere else. Our room was also missing a phone so we could not call housekeeping for more towels or the front desk. We mentioned this to the staff and nothing was done about it. We had to keep going downstairs to ask for things. The elevators were always extremely slow as well. The property needs to invest in better maintenance.
