Sealife Family Resort Hotel

The staff were amazing and very accomodating and special mention to Halla she was absolutely amazing and was constantly checking in on us. The massages were great and were a good value for money. The various pools accommodated for all ages and the slide in the kids pool was fun and well managed. Overall location was great, staff were amazing and facilities were good, slight improvements can really upgrade this hotel since it’s very central and the team of staff are exceptional.

We realised that even though the hotel itself is clean there is a constant stench throughout the property. We initially booked two standard rooms and were guaranteed for them to be next door, this did not happen on the day but the staff offered to put us in the suite. This was perfect for us but once we went into the room it seemed like it hadn’t been open in a while. There was also a smell throughout the room and various facilities weren’t working such as the air conditioning and the fridge. We did call reception and asked them to fix these for us and they came fairly quickly to repair them. They offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks throughout the day but we found the food to be bland and cold at times. We were able to make do with breakfast but we had to go to an external restaurant for dinner throughout our stay.

Amazing view and location. I liked that the hotel could arrange activities for us tailored to our needs.

Food was mediocre. Service can be improved. Had to call for porter service multiple times to get our luggage during check out

Location. Quite modern inside. Alcatraz prison style interior.

All inclusive food selection / variety was just embarrassing. OVERPRICED not good value for the money.
