Nice hotel and perfect location but need to be renewed

This was our third stay at the hotel, but unfortunately, it will probably be our last. Starting with the positives: the hotel still offers a reasonable quality-to-price ratio, and the staff working in housekeeping, entertainment, bars, and other daily operations are wonderful. They are friendly, hardworking, and genuinely good at what they do. Moving the beach directly in front of the hotel was also a major improvement. It is now just across the road, so there is no need for a transfer or a 500-metre walk. Unfortunately, several issues significantly affected our stay. The evening entertainment is unbearably loud. Instead of improving the sound system, the hotel seems to compensate by simply increasing the volume. If you have a sea-view room, you will hear extremely loud music until around 23:00. We often escaped to the beach in the evening because staying in our room was uncomfortable. The volume during the children’s entertainment was especially concerning and felt potentially harmful to their hearing. Sunbeds are another major problem. Guests begin reserving them with towels as early as 06:30, and it is almost impossible to find a place on the beach after 08:00. The staff appear to be trying to control this, but whatever system is currently in place is not working. There simply are not enough beach spaces when the hotel is operating at full capacity. Smoking is allowed on the beach, and the smoke becomes trapped underneath the umbrellas. This is unpleasant, especially for children and guests who cannot tolerate cigarette smoke. The hotel should either make the beach smoke-free or create designated smoking areas away from the sunbeds. The hotel was also extremely crowded, and we encountered many inconsiderate and rude guests. This made the atmosphere much less relaxing than during our previous stays. The food was acceptable but noticeably worse than in previous years. Perhaps this was because the hotel was fuller than when we previously visited later in September, but many dishes seemed rushed, dry, and lower in quality. The grilled food was generally the only consistently good option. Guests with dietary requirements may also struggle. I am lactose intolerant, and lactose-free milk was unavailable for most of our stay because the hotel had run out. We eventually had to leave the hotel and buy our own. We also witnessed a manager shouting at employees in front of guests. This was uncomfortable and unprofessional, particularly because the regular staff work extremely hard and deserve to be treated respectfully. Finally, some of the male entertainment staff behaved inappropriately toward female guests. They were overly physical, touched women without clear invitation, and made inappropriate jokes. This should be addressed seriously by management, as guests should not be made to feel uncomfortable by staff. There are still many good employees here, and the new beach location is a real improvement. However, the excessive noise, overcrowding, sunbed situation, smoking, declining food quality, and inappropriate behaviour mean we are unlikely to return.

Overall its fine but not a 5 star hotel more a 3 star. The staff are very unhelpful from not being able to give access to wifi when arriving to refusing to store bags after check out and not being able to help with how to catch a bus to the next time. Why have guest services when they dont actually do anything. Reception staff came off as rude as did the guest services when asked for pretty basic information or requests for a suposedly 5 star hotel.
