The size of the rooms
The female at reception in the morning was very unfriendly but the young man when we checked in was excellent

Rooms are a little older, but good and clean. Has great amenities. The little garden is great. Pools is great. Close to Zugspitze and Neuschwanstein.
The beds could be a bit more comfy. Also little variety for breakfast, two types of fried eggs but no scrambled :(

We truly enjoyed the stay.
The spa-pool area is a much-appreciated addition.
The surroundings are very peaceful, with lush green meadows and steep mountains.
The near-by monastery is the highlight of the area.

Breakfast was varied and fresh. Staff was helpful.
Our room stank of sewage. It was clean, but the smell made it feel dirty. Also didn’t have a cozy feel to it.
