Beautifully decorated.
Comfortable room with great air conditioning and safe.
Useful to have the fridge and space undercover to sit downstairs.
The staff were all really friendly and helpful.
The cleaning staff were great - the room was refreshed every day - bed made, bins emptied etc.
Good location - could walk everywhere we wanted to visit in Merida.

The hotel is beautifully designed & located in a quiet street central to many walkable attractions. The staff were fantastic & its beautifully clean.
The only small downsides (for us) was a room up many stairs which was difficult carrying our luggage up & down, and no fridge in the room.
There is no breakfast provided, however a clean shared kitchen is on site (& fridge & filtered water dispenser available it in) with options to cook your own food. However no where local to buy it, without a car, this was unfortunately too hard!
You could probably request a downstairs room, if preferred.

Charming rooms and common seating/kitchen area. Nice, warm showers. Emanuel and Roberto were very helpful with recommendations. Traditional breakfast at El Barrio and European pastries at SOCO, just steps from hotel.
