convenient, clean, easy parking

relatively close to center and some good restaurants (it has its own as well). Close to the translation and has a big private parking that is closed during night. Overall staff was pleasant, rooms were clean and even the swing pool was working and was clean. So nothing to really complain about.

A brief stay, made to feel welcome, would love to have stayed longer.

The staff were so welcoming. They couldn’t do enough for us! We used the swimming pool which was a lovely facility to have and the breakfast was superb. The location was near to restaurants and shops. The train station would be perfect for visiting Cannes,Nice, Antibes etc.

Nice hotel for a stop and go trip. Big parking and restaurants nearby for dinner.

Service and location near highway. Restaurants nearby in the town for dinner. Very easy parking.

Toilets are flight cabin type with small shower. Although they are good enough for a shower for your stop and go trip. First room smelled ugly but after complaining they provided a new room.

Great value for money, super location, friendly staff, and a cute little pool. 2min walk to the lively village centre with lots of restaurants. Adjacent to train station but couldn't hear trains at all.

Silence in the room even if it's beside the train station, comfortable bed

The toilet is like a pre-assembled one, the same as the one in a camper. And it's small, probably it's ok if you are just a couple but with a baby it's not

Everything you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Great, secure parking.

Including "Cannes" in the name is misleading. It's at least a 30 minute drive away in good traffic. We should have checked the map more closely.

Exceptional

First of all I would like to thank Julia, the lady at the reception desk. Without her efforts and customer care I would probably have slept under a bridge. Due to a misunderstanding with "Booking", my reservation was cancelled for overbooking. I have to admit that I was rather aggressive, but she managed to keep calm and was very helpful. In the end I could sleep at Ibis. As for the hotel: absolutely clean, big room, not so big bathroom but large enough, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast consisting of fresh food.

Clean,comfortable and convenient

Super friendly staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Situated right next to the TER station which makes it very convenient in terms of transport. 5 minutes away by foot from Mouans-Sartoux center and 20 mins away from Cannes by TER. The place is very calm despite being located next to a TER station.

- the location is safe and silent.

I booked this hotel first for 4 nights and arrived the hotel at 2 am at night. The receptionist (the man) didn’t help us to stay in hotel and we couldn’t stay at the hotel that night and he cancelled our reservation. Day after, I booked the same hotel for 3 nights and stayed in the same hotel for 5 days. The other receptionists other than him are very kind and always helpful to the customers. But I still can’t accept his behaviour at that night. We had to look other hotel after 2 am after 11 hours drive and tiredness.
