The hotel is very well located, close to the Castle and the old town. The staff was super useful and helped us to find our bus station. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable and the bath robes are cozy. We were assigned rooms connected to each other which was perfect with the children. The buffet breakfast is excellent and the even a a waffle machine where you can make your own waffles. I used the gym and was happy there is a bar to add weights on it. The sauna was just perfect. We are going back in a few days before flying home.
I couldn't get the phone from the sauna to reception to work but in the end I could find a way to turn the sauna on.

It was our 4th stay in this hotel since 2023. As well we stayed here couple times last years. Always the same standard room for two adults + 1 kid ( 8 years old ). Every time upon arriving we asked to put an extra bed for a kid and we NEVER were charged extra money for that till today ;(
In the morning while checking out I was surprised seeing extra 90 zl. in my bill for a kids bed when previously I never was charged for that and the reception didn’t say a word about extra payment just silently added it to the bill ;(
I use to be a fan of “Radisson” but such behavior of reception is really disappointing.. ;(
