Absolutely everything! From entering the property to leaving to come home, the staff were amazing. George and Will in reception were attentive, friendly and were always there on hand to help. William, in the bar is a very talented mixologist and friendly.

Good location amongst cafes, restaurants and walking distance to Marais shopping.
Throughout the night I could hear water falling, I assume whenever a neighbouring room flushed the toilet? At some points it crashed down so loudly I thought something had fallen in the bathroom. So I didn’t get much sleep. I also couldn’t figure out how the light switches matched to the lights in the bedroom, so had to use the main switch at the front door to turn everything off before bed. The receptionists were helpful and friendly and held my luggage for me.
