Wir sind seit vielen Jahren im Fährhaus und immer ist es ein Erlebnis. Exzellent wieder das Frühstück. Beim Restaurant war diesmal Luft nach oben. Nicht gut war dass es jeden Tag ein unveränderte Speisekarte gab. Das passt nicht zu einem Hotel dieser 5 Sterne-Kategorie.
Die vielen Fluktuationen beim Servicepersonal habe ihre Spuren hinterlassen. Das war schon mal besser. Ausnahme: Das Service Team beim Frühstück. Nach wie vor eine Frechheit finde ich, dass man den Nachmittagskaffee bezahlen muss. Die Qualität der Kuchen hat sich zudem deutlich verschlechtert .

Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche offen. Tolle Kalt- und Heißgetränke, leckeres Obst , viele verschiedene Brötchen und Brotsorten, liebevoll vorbereitete kleine Gläschen, zum Beispiel mit Mangostücke , Marmeladen , Eierspeisen und, und und…Jeden Morgen konnten wir im Freien frühstücken mit einer schönen Aussicht auf den kleinen Hafen . Der Service war Klasse.

Frühstück war gut Ausreichendes Angebot Zusätzliche Wünsche wurden erfüllt
Personal wirkte oft überfordert. Führungspersonal sehr überheblich. Wir hatten nicht das Gefühl, dass der Gast "König" ist!! Speisen wurden oft nur nach Aufforderung nachgefüllt.
