Reception staff are excellent
The Victorian Apartment is well located and a 20% discount coupon is available for the.nearby Victoria Hotel ( recommended)
Room service was available during the Easter Holidays for the one bedroom apartment located at the back but was not required. Bed is extremely comfortable
However courtyard needs cleaning, has 2 noisy a/c compressors and a huge steel shed alongside the back fence.
Only a thin one layer 30x 13 cms Chux cleaning cloth was provided and the toaster could not be used as it was broken (photos are available and it was reported to reception). 3 cups ( all of different sizes need replacing. The shower door design is poor and water was leaking on bathroom floor.

Right at the heart of the street, but that can make it too noisy for sleeping. Room is very big, furnitures aged but it is clean and tidy.

I have stayed in these apartments before and they really need updating. Worn out carpet and furnishings. The toilet needed a good clean, mould around the basin and they forgot to give me bath towels. I spent an hour trying to get through on the after hours number. On the plus side it is walking distance to town. I would recommend Bank St & Co for a great breakfast and coffee!
