Everything is excellent in this hotel for my needs.Have stayed here many times and I keep coming back.Staff very friendly and helpful.Breakfast is great value.Very close to koh san road about 3-5 minute walk.They also have 2 rooftop pools.

The location and price were the deciding factors for our choice. Our room was quiet and faced the back. The room itself was clean, albeit a bit dated.

The bed was very hard. The window wasn't properly sealed. We had to seal it a bit so it wouldn't constantly flap in the wind and make noise. There were hairs from the previous guest on the bathroom wall. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, as it was an older model.

Great location in Bangkok and close to lots of amenities shops and restaurants- also close to the pier to get the boat to see attractions. The frontages of the hotel were lovely with a koi pond surrounding the hotel. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices on offer. The rooftop pool was great to cool off in the evenings and the bar and restaurant staff were fab.

This is quite a tired hotel with very basic features. The shower wasn’t great as was fitted to the wall awkwardly which meant it soaked the room. The towels and bedsheets were also old with just one pillow and a thin sheet on the bed and there weren’t any tea/coffee facilities in the room which would have been better. We booked two rooms but they put us on opposite sides of the hotel (different buildings) which wasn’t great. It is also a very noisy hotel with people coming and going throughout the night and early in the morning. There didn’t seem to be any staff presence in the hotel corridors to keep an eye on this and we were woken often by loud noises/talking/shouting. In terms of location and breakfast, this hotel was ideal but that was about it unfortunately.
