    From the moment I arrived at Mad Monkey Hostel, I felt welcomed. The reception staff greeted me with a smile and even started a simple conversation, which made me feel comfortable and at home. This is what I call professional hospitality. They also provide towels for free, which I really appreciated. Unlike some other hostels where you sometimes feel like they want to charge you for everything, here you actually feel like the priority is making guests comfortable. The whole place was very clean, from the stairs and common areas to the rooms, beds, and bathrooms. Big respect to the housekeeping team for keeping everything clean and well maintained. Downstairs, there is also a pool table, and it’s completely free to use. This was actually a great place to break the ice with other guests. I met some really nice and respectful people there, which made my stay even better. A big thank you to everyone working here for the professional service and for creating an atmosphere where you genuinely feel at home. Thank you, Mad Monkey team. Much appreciated, and see you again soon! 🙏
