We visited right after Yom Kippur before Sukkot. The room had the pool access with our own outside table and bed, which was great. Great service from Revital (customer service manager) and the cleaning crew was also helpful and friendly. Our son has food allergies and when I asked about it, the breakfast staffs were accommodating and offered alternatives. We didn't feel a need to leave the hotel much, spending time in the pool and the kids club with lots of activities were so perfect for a relaxing vacation for our family.
The slide were only open at certain times, would have been nice if it was open most of the time.

Breakfast was a mess. It was way too crowded, and finding anything was frustrating.
The service was pretty slow, and the bar prices were ridiculous. When you’re already paying so much for the hotel, the least you can do is offer a beer at a reasonable price.
