The property was stunning. And the pool was stunning
We were there in winter and it was hot outside but the pool was ice so I would have like for the pool to be heated in the winter months.
Also we went to nightclub of Hotel and we were asked to leave it was closed for a private event.

Lovely hotel, the pool area is absolutely stunning. However, the water is very cold (not heated) and you can only use the pool until 17h. No swimming at night when the pool is especially beautiful.
Good breakfast and dinner.
Fani, the lady in the kids' area, was adorable and our children loved her.
The staff were generally very kind, even management who found a customer-friendly solution to a booking issue (see below)
The booking process by Booking - although the room can accommodate two children, on your site I could only add one. I sent a message to the hotel that they never responded to, and that caused an issue upon checkin.
We had tried to call the hotel before, but they didn't pick up.
There is something very weird going on between Isrotel (and their terrible website that is not usable when booking from abroad) and Booking that needs fixing asap.
Also, we were given a room in the worst location probably because we booked via Booking.
