    We stayed for 5D/4N here and we were surprised to get one double bed and a single bed. The place is also a walking distance to the Southern Cross Station where the Skybus from/to the airport has a terminal. Everything is accessible there. It's in the center of the free tram zone so you can get to a lot of places for free. They clean the room everyday and replenishes your supply of coffee and tea. I will definitely stay in this hotel when I go back to visit Melbourne.

    I booked 5 nights at this hotel during my Melboure trip and was a bit disappointed about this hotel compared to the ibis hotel in Sydney I stayed at. In terms of location, the hotel is right at the southern cross station, so it is convenient to travel and there are also Coles and Wooworth supermarkets, so it is convenient. In terms of facilities, it is bad: 1 – As the picture I shared, the hotel lock door is broken, the door buttons have a very long chain, and the door opens large, this distance allows outsiders to reach in and open the door. 2 – The fire protection equipment on the ceiling fell right in front of me. Fortunately, it was not hit in the head 3 – The glass door that opens the bathroom collides directly with the corner of the sink table. This type of design, the risk of breaking the glass is very great if the user does not pay attention and if it breaks, the fault definitely belongs to the guest and must be compensated. This is a design error that if it breaks, customers have to pay for it? 4 – Extremely weak wifi 5 – The bed only has 2 pillows and asked for more blankets, the hotel staff said that there are blankets available in the room but it is extremely dirty and old About the hotel staff: always smiling but tactfully refusing to help: the hotel doesn't have it, we can't.
