Great location, good sized rooms, smart use of space, provisions for the kitchenette and laundry, strong wifi, helpful, friendly staff
Street was a bit noisy but that was expected, extra fees for parking

Love the location as it is close to the main transport hub comprising the train station and various bus terminals. Comfortable bed that gave us good night sleeps.
The shower in our room leaked when taking a shower, and to make situation worse the usual towel for the floor was not provided on the first night (one was provided the next day). Had to use a bath towel to soak up the leak that flowed to the entrance way. Couldn't watch broadcast TV (TV One, Two and Three) as the antenna cable was not connected to the TV because it was broken. Didn't report it because I did not have the confidence that it would be fixed as there appeared to be only one staff, the receptionist. A rack to drain the dishes after hand washing them would have been helpful.
