such a lovely place. Great decoration, very big room, very friendly and helpful staff. Could not have wished for more

apart from the location, which is exceptional and the old school lot stocky of the building, the restaurant right below is also great, it’s not noisy at all, the stuff is exceptional
it’s not easy because of the stairs one has to climb and the luggage but apart from that everything’s great

Really cute room with pretty balcony in the centre of Rethymnon
No shower and bathroom really needs updating or a really good clean

The room and little back balcony was lovely. Cosy bed and plenty of room.
Bath needed a good clean. All the reviews talked about the amazing service from staff but unfortunately we didn't experience that service. Maybe towards the end of season and staff were over it?? Nothing was explained and I didn't feel very welcome.
