View was gorgeous and the room was perfectly spacious for 2 people. The location was even more ideal as it was only 10/15 mins from the centre!

It was close to the center of Funchal
The room we had was next to the entrance. A lot of noise from people in the street and people comming in and getting out was disturbing.

Really lovely rooms, all very clean and comfortable. The view over the city was great and the pool was nice.
The location is OK but its a very steep hill if you are walking from the city centre!

Bed was comfortable. Outdoor terrace was nice.
Room not cleaned at all during my 4 night stay. By day four my room was dirty.. There was kitchen equipment to make sandwiches/ snacks with but nothing to clean the utensils with. I was stuck with mucky plates, cutlery cups etc for the 5 days !
Owner/manager not friendly or welcoming at all.
There weren't any restaurants or shops nearby and the long steep hill leading up to the hotel didnt make it easy to carry a bit of shopping back to the hotel.
The view from my room was a building site.
