A fabulous customer service oriented hotel. Shuttle bus into city centre was excellent. Great restaurants and breakfast was superb, even though it was a very big hotel and a huge service.
Location is a touch dull but easy travel links into the tourist centre and the great shuttle service make up for that.

The lifts.
These are fully automated so you cannot select the floor this is done using the room key. Consequently one waits too long for the lift.
