Pools and location next to the beach were outstanding. Check in staff and cleaners were amazing. Almost all of the waiting staff were excellent. The Guy who makes the Omelettes was an absolute legend.
Some of the waiters were a little rude. Probably having a bad day but just need to be careful not to direct it towards the guests.

Location- in front of the beach; facilities- salt water swimming pool, garden and surrounding areas ; walking distance to Alvor town; staff were very kind

The gardens and pool were great . The beer unfortunately was awful . So flat my husband couldn’t understand how you could get a thing like a simple beer so flat and disappointing
Hotel is very date carpets, bedrooms . We really enjoyed our stay dont get me wrong but needs an up grade
$$$$
