Clean, relaxing and plenty of staff
The lack of information. We were half board but were not told you could swap dinner for lunch.
The invoicing was very confusing, we queried the invoice but no one came back to us

although we were given single beds they quickly changed them to a double, the location to the marina was excellent
i think the pool bar should open at 10 am not later
