Roadtripper's heaven

Mondschein offers exceptional service - professional, yet friendly and wellcoming. Location and amenities are perfect for Dolomiti roadtrippers, no matter the vehicle ;) Our room was spatious, clean and well maintained, with a convinient terrace with a good view. Spa area is designed around your comfort and relaxation, and swimming in the pool with the view of the mountains was unforgettable. Breakfast buffet is rich in choice of fresh delicious food, both savoury and sweet, with many home made options like jam and granola. Hope to be back, thank you!

Everybody was extremely pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts were beyond expectations. Also the spa area was nice. Everything seemed to be clean.

The rooms have seen better days, I was not impressed with the bathroom at all. Parking proved to be quite challenging some days. Gym was a joke.

Very welcoming and friendly staff. We had arrived after a long day on the road in Dolomites, so that was really refreshening. Good breakfast. Good restaurant on site. Rooms are nice with access to a semi-private balcony

Fabulous hospitality and friendly staff. Amazing facilities with the pool and saunas. We were lucky enough to stay on a Sunday with the apperitivo hour. The room was spotless and large with a beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was amazing with a large spread of homemade goodies. Highly recommend.

Äusserst freundlich, familiär und entgegenkommend. Reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Feines und regionales Essen. Schöner Wellness-Bereich mit Innenpool.

Určitě se do tohoto hotelu a lyžařského areálu Obereggen vrátíme

Výborná lokalita, pár kilometrů od sjezdovek, se zastávkou autobusu přímo u hotelu. Rodinný hotel se skvělým vybavením, skvělou kuchyní a velmi vstřícným a ochotným personálem.

Un bellissimo hotel con un ottimo ristorante a due passi dalle piste da sci

Struttura molto pulita e accogliente. Ottima colazione e buonissimo ristorante.

Per il rapporto qualità prezzo e le 4 stelle mi sarei aspettata qualche accortezza in più come: oltre al bagnoschiuma anche shampoo, balsamo e altri prodotti beauty in bagno. Oltre all’accappatoio avrei dato anche le ciabatte incluse nel prezzo per accedere alla spa. Un unico materasso e non due separati visto la scelta del letto matrimoniale.

Camera esteticamente bella e buona colazione

Piscina interna fredda, riscaldamento in camera che parte solo all’ora di cena quindi di giorno si gela e di notte si suda. Trattamento verso gli italiani diverso rispetto a tedeschi/austriaci. SPA inesistente con assenza di personale (bambini che si tuffavano bagnando gli ospiti che cercavano di rilassarsi)

Na przestrzeni lat, bywaliśmy w wielu hotelach, w wielu miejscach. W Das Mondschein, czuliśmy się cudownie zaopiekowani ( to wyróżnia ten HOTEL ). Obsługa przemiła ale taktowna, empatyczna i nienachalna. Widać dbałość o dobre samopoczucie gości.Posiłki znakomite. Świetna nowa strefa SPA ! Pokój nie był szczególnie piękny, jednak mieliśmy świadomość jego wyglądu i standardu, gdyż oddają to zdjęcia, za to apartament był wspaniale wyciszony. Wszędzie bardzo czysto ! Jesteśmy zachwyceni ! Dziękujemy. Wróciliśmy zadowoleni i wypoczęci.

Sehr schönes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub.

Familiär geführtes, modernes Hotel, in dem der Gast König ist. Sowohl das Essen als auch der Wellnessbereich lassen keine Wünsche offen. Des Frühstück wird im Buffet angeboten, das Abendessen in mehreren Gängen. Sehr umsorgende, hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Der Skibus hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Wir haben bei unserer Ankunft sofort ein Upgrade erhalten - total nett.

Leider liegt das Hotel im Schatten des Tals.

Una piacevolissima scoperta

Colazione e cena davvero oltre le aspettative! Cene superlative! Posizione proprio di fronte allo skibus pubblico (con biglietti gratuiti forniti dall'hotel....) che raggiungeva i due comprensori sciistici dei dintorni (Obereggen e Carezza): una grande comodità! Zona Spa molto bella con grande disponibilità di asciugamani, bevande e tisane

consiglierei qualche prodotto per il bagno tipo crema corpo, set vari che di solito ci sono nei 4 stelle L'acqua della piscina un po' freddina e l'assenza di una vera zona di idromassaggio, ci sono solo dei getti su un lato della piscina e si resta in piedi...
