    Hotel Diana is conveniently located close to the city, with a plaza and plenty of food options next door. Free parking was also a great benefit. We experienced some check-in confusion and an unexpected housekeeping entry, but GM Danny personally investigated and resolved the issues professionally. We appreciated his sincere apology and excellent service recovery, which left us with a much more positive impression.

    We booked in for 5 nights only to find the pool was located at an neighbouring hotel. The 4th photo on Agoda's website line suggested otherwise. Because of the heat the Hotel Diana staff agreed to refund 3 of our 5 nights however when they discovered we booked via Agoda they advised we had to revert to them. To date we have had no reply from Agoda....highly disappointing
