The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Very personal service, great conversations, we were made to feel welcome and at home.
Location is superb. The grounds are stunning and the facilities and rooms are excellent. Ver very peaceful.

A microwave would be good as its a long way from restaurants/food outlets

It was clean and the bed was comfortable.
If you wanted to self cater eg. BBQ there are no bowls or utensils.
There was a creepy feeling the whole time we were there, lots of unexplained noises at night. I'm sure it haunted!
