Restaurant / breakfast food good / fresh. Room very comfortable/ attractive. Great view from window. Very friendly staff. General relaxed atmosphere throughout hotel. Lovely location by the river. Easy walking into centre.
Not fond of decor in restaurant area. Not fond of very loud live music Friday evening.

Spacious room, comfy, children didnt want to leave hahahahaha , children loved the pool, swim teacher lent us some diving toys, reception ladies day and night were fabulous, I dialed the front desk many times for questions and they were so helpful. We had cheese platter brought to the room, pizza and chips and some other stuff like soup of the day I really enjoyed the little sesame seed bun that came with the soup, the cleaning staff restocked our instantly disappearing tiny milks as the children downed hot chocolates. Excellent staff and great location. Such a nice view of little terns outside the window circulating the sky.above the river wear too. Spa staff and bar staff were also very welcoming and warm.
Pool water near the little jacuzzi had a little funny smell this time. But otherwise all fine during our stay
