Friendly helpful staff.
Nice location next to Hove Lagoon.
Food is very good.
Wifi signal is weak and it disconnects quite often.

The location was good with easy access to Brighton - a bit noisy with the road though but they can't help that. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Access to the bar was a bonus.
The decor is a bit dated and there were no meals at the time but I'm sure that's not usual.

The view of Hove Lagoon from terrace.
Been woken up at 2pm by raised voices from next door room which culminated at 4pm with loud shouting by resident of 'get out of my room' being repeatedly shouted. We had no sleep, there were no staff on premises to deal with it.
