Warm and very cosy
Bathroom a little small and no shampoo it ran out
Not overly generous with tea bags and no decaf coffee but minor things which do not detract from the place at all too much

Liked everything that was offered , from plenty of parking space , being made to feel welcome and at home so that I could enjoy my stay and rest and relax. Was pleasantly surprised and happy to be able to have my breakfast in my own room.
There was not anything I did not like.

Bed was comfortable, cozy room.
Was a bit chilly during the day, no heating on till 4pm.
No staff about during day
Dinning room was being refurbished, but I had no warning there would be no breakfast available.. which was very disappointing as I love a cooked breakfast on a guest house stay.
