The covered terrace with enough seats invites you to enjoy the mild climate in any weather. On a living space of approx. 136m², the villa has an elegant and cozy living room, modern kitchen,
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet.
An open living-dining area with a large table (pull-out table) provides plenty of space to get together, to play together or to relax (books for adults and children are available). Cozy couch, satellite TV, flat screen, internet USB (internet fee - one time € 20) ensure the cosiness in the living room.
In the modern kitchen you will find all the utensils you need for self-catering - stove, oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and the usual kitchen accessories. In the adjacent utility room there are washing machines. A cot and high chair are also available.
Community pool in the complex is part of your private relaxation vacation. Bed linen and towels / beach towels are sufficiently available to change.
