House / Villa - Puerto del rosario

We enjoyed the House and the Pool!

Nice property in rural setting. Good for exploring both Corralejo and El Cotillo beaches. Definitely need a car. Very clean. Pool quite small and wifi very erratic.

We stayed here for 1 week early November 2022. Overall everything was fine: the house is as described, it was clean and the check-in/check-out process was very smooth. Also, during our stay Neirada was very reactive. But, as always, there is room for improvement. - the pictures suggest that the pool is much bigger than it is in reality. Our bad, we should have checked the detailed description a bit better - When we arrived, the pool was « dirty », i.e. quite a lot a sand lying on the ground. Neireida quickly organised cleaning. Then the pool was fine with crystal clear water. - Overall equipment in the house should be renewed and improved: cuttlery is quitey old, a mix of everything, and not everything is availlable in sufficient quantity (e.g. mugs,..). - The lighting in the villa is quite poor: very bright LED lights in the living area (=> does not give a comfortable feeling), no real light over the main table which makes it a bit tricky to have dinner … - Beds are a bit old as well: there are no real bed springs… but rather a chipboard … So I personally think that with a small investment this property could be significantly upgraded (at least the perceived quality). Having said this, we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay: it is a very calm and peaceful place, well situated. So don’t be discouraged by my improvement comments as I consider most of them to be finetuning. And maybe we have been spoiled by the properties we have rented before….

We had a lovely stay at the Villa. It was a good location for walks from the House. The House was very comfortable. Unfortunately the weather was not brilliant but this did not spoil our holiday.
