Casa vacanze veramente accogliente e ben curata, posizione ottima per poter visitare tutte le varie coste del Nord di Fuerteventura e poter godere della tranquillità di Villaverde. Carlotta che ci ha accolti ci ha anche aiutato tanto con consigli sui luoghi da visitare e anche ci ha consigliato ottimi posti dove cenare.

Etablissement bien situé à La Oliva. Accueil sympathique et attentionné par Carlotta. Belle maison, charmante et bien aménagée. Chambre confortable. Cuisine pratique et bien organisée. Stationnement facile à proximité.

The beds were very comfortable, the room always smelled fresh and the silence at night makes it very restful. The house has a lot of space and is very clean overall. Simona and Carlotta make sure the kitchen is and remains clean. It is a truly homey and cosy place to sleep, very quiet. Simona is very detail oriented and caring with her guests. She helped us call the car rental and was very attentive. Carlotta is very friendly and makes sure that everything rolls in the house.

- There is only one toilet for 4 people (the other 2 are private)so there were lines often times, and the bin was rarely emptied (no toilet paper can be thrown in the WC, so with 4 people, it filled up fast…). The shower was clogged the whole stay (2 weeks). - During my stay, i had 8 days of remote working which were unwelcome by the host and another guest. It wasn’t stated nowhere on the description that the place is not suited for it, so I assumed it would only take “wifi” and one seat in one of the “3 three big living rooms”. Turns out the wifi didn’t have good reach beyond the actual living room and the host complained to the other guests about it (although caring, the host made it quite clear that she didn’t enjoy having people around in her house, which was a tad confusing). - I offered to change the bedsheets myself 3 times, but both hosts told me that they would do it. Simona insisted she do it because she dislikes it when the guests change the linen and mess with her organisation. Unfortunately, she broke a guasha crystal of mine during the process. Apparently, she didn’t notice it was on the floor and kicked it against the wall. I am pretty sure it was in its pouch, but regardless, accidents can happen. However, as it is very dear to me, I asked how she would like to compensate for the broken crystal and she was very upset about it, saying that she shouldn’t have changed the bedsheets. She eventually agreed to compensate for it, if it wasn’t too expensive l. However, she then complained again to the other guests about it, creating a weird atmosphere. I think it’s a perfect place to sleep but definitely not stay in during the day and definitely not for remote working. However, I believe some circumstances made it harder during that time, especially a guest that seemed to enjoy the drama and tell us everything that the hosts would complain about, which didn’t make us feel very welcome in the end…
