Room was spacious and bed was large and comfortable. Dinner in the outdoor area on a warm evening was very enjoyable. Good range of options for breakfast.
With no air conditioning, the fan provided was not really effective for the size of the room in the hot weather for our stay. the

Great location in the heart of Stow. Lovely breakfast.
Bar staff not friendly. I have stayed here quite a few times and the service at night is not as good as the morning service. NEEDS LOOKING AT!

Our overall stay at your “ Hotel “ was “ Excellent “ and all of the Staff were exceptional and especially “ Scott “ who was “ Excellent “ in every sense of the word.

We stayed for 3 nights in a "cosy" room, with no wardrobe and only two small drawers each for our belongings. The TV was near impossible because previous guests had entered their own details, presumably to watch films, and this made it impossible for us to find major channels like BBC 1, 2 and 4. Could not previous enteries have been removed before our arrival?
