    Room was clean, equipped with a fast TV and WiFi connection. The washroom was extremely small and kitchen facility was a below average experience. Also if you are going with kids, avoid Potts point in total as it's not a great locality. Too many tobacco shops and smoking nearby. Not value for me considering breakfast is not included.

    I'm really happy with my stay, it's so charming and so much history.

    Got a great cheap rate 1 adult and 1 child travelling together. Staff helpful. Room seemed like it had suffered some water damage. Bathroom tiny even my 7 year old thought so. Noisy when guests arriving back to rooms through out night. Easy to access to trains and public transport
