The staff are really friendly, responsive, and dedicated to the hostel and the quality of its services. They organize events both at the hostel and off-site. It’s great if you want to meet people and are new to Sydney. Considering the size of the hostel and the number of guests, I found it to be really clean. Not too noisy for an hostel this range of price.
The kitchen gets too crowded and is far too small during peak hours. It’s impossible to cook at certain times. Also, the living area, which doubles as a dining room, is too small; you have to climb over tables and benches to get to one of the two tables. There aren’t enough outlets in the living area. Sometimes you wait for a shower. Housekeeping services in the mid-morning on weekends should be prohibited if there is no new commers. No bed curtains in the dorms.

Nice staff, nice TV room and hostel events are a lot of fun
