Both bedrooms are equipped with electric heating and air conditioning. The living and dining room serves as the central gathering space of the apartment, complete with a digital television and its own access to the terrace, creating a seamless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor enjoyment. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and integrates harmoniously with the living area.
